i'm a big fan of futuristic street scenes!^^ and this one is very well done, good job on the rain! but like patato said People could be a bit more solid, especially those in front of the "ahmadd" building! but i like the overall mood of this picture! looks like the guy escaped, and is ready to kick some ass

Its looks really good, but I don't think it is finished. I think you should increase the contrast and give it some sparkle. I noticed its a bit blocky in places 7/9, but the theme is great.
